Required Skills;
- Strong organisational skills – the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication skills – ability to communicate effectively, clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Problem Solving Skills – Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- High level of Customer Service Skills – the ability to interact with clients and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
Tasks & Responsibilities;
- Provide administrative support – intercompany administration, schedule meetings, managing calendars, answering phones and handling correspondence.
- Accounts and payroll support – provide invoice and clerical support, including data entry, to our Managers, accurately and in a timely manner.
- Liaising between managers and other staff or clients.
- Maintaining databases and spreadsheets.
- Addressing general enquiries and assisting with schedule adjustments.
Qualifications and Experience;
- Experience in similar roles and advantage, but not necessary as on the job training is provided.
- Full drivers licence
- Clean, tidy and professional presentation, a good work ethic, and positive attitude.
